Here I highlight some of my latest research. Click on the links below to see how I am: (1) quantifying whether extreme galactic outflows are required for ionizing photons to escape galaxies (2) studying whether the absorption lines typically used to study galactic outflows trace the mass-loading of a hot galactic outflow and (3) characterizing the baryon cycle of the nearby starburst galaxy M82.

Do galaxies that leak ionizing photons have extreme outflows?I explore how the outflows from galaxies that emit ionizing photons differ from normal local galaxies.

MAss-loading of Galactic OutflowsI explore how hot galactic outflows gain mass by using O VI absorption lines

The Baryon Cycle of M82I use sub-millimeter observations of the three CO line to study the molecular gas in the nearby starburst M82.
