Here I highlight some of my latest research. Click on the links below to see how I am: (1) quantifying whether extreme galactic outflows are required for ionizing photons to escape galaxies (2) studying whether the absorption lines typically used to study galactic outflows trace the mass-loading of a hot galactic outflow  and (3) characterizing the baryon cycle of the nearby starburst galaxy M82.

Do galaxies that leak ionizing photons have extreme outflows?

I explore how the outflows from galaxies that emit ionizing photons differ from normal local galaxies.

MAss-loading of Galactic Outflows

I explore how hot galactic outflows gain mass by using O VI absorption lines

The Baryon Cycle of M82

I use sub-millimeter observations of the three CO line to study the molecular gas in the nearby starburst M82.
